Nanny – Lucerne – Monday to Friday

For a private family based in Lucerne, we are looking for a warm, reliable and experienced Part-Time Nanny to care for their children and support the family with their daily routine.

The family is looking for a long-term nanny who enjoys working with school-aged children, is active and responsible, and can confidently manage school pick-ups and afternoon activities.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Approx. 3:00 p.m. until 6:00–7:00 p.m.
• Wednesdays from approx. 12:00 p.m., as the children finish school earlier
• Availability on Saturdays would be a strong advantage
• Some flexibility with working hours is appreciated

Responsibilities

• Picking up the children from school
• Caring for the children during the afternoon and early evening
• Driving the children to activities and appointments
• Organising age-appropriate activities
• Supporting the children’s daily routines
• Preparing simple snacks or meals when required
• Ensuring a safe, caring and positive environment for the children
• Keeping children’s belongings and areas tidy and organised

Candidate Profile

• Previous professional nanny or childcare experience
• Warm, responsible and trustworthy personality
• Confident and experienced driver with a valid driving licence
• Native Swiss German would be highly preferred
• British / English-speaking candidates are also very welcome to apply
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Flexible and interested in a long-term position
• Saturday availability would be an advantage

Schedule: Monday–Friday, afternoons/early evenings
Wednesday: Longer day from approx. 12:00 p.m.
Start: As soon as possible / by agreement
Driving Licence: Required
