Housekeeper fulltime Zurich City

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and professional family with three daughters aged 9, 6 and 3½. Both parents have demanding careers, and having the right support at home is essential to ensure a calm, structured and well-organised family life.

The family is looking for a reliable, kind and proactive individual who can combine childcare with light household organisation and daily family support.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up the youngest child from daycare around 5:00 pm
• Spend quality time with her before bringing her home
• Welcome the two older daughters (returning around 5:30 and 6:00 pm)
• Supervise homework
• Support evening routines (including bath time)
• Accompany the girls to ballet classes on Wednesdays (2:00–6:00 pm)
• Provide attentive, warm and structured care

Household & Family Support

• Laundry (washing, folding, organising and putting clothes away)
• Tidying and maintaining general household organisation
• Organising children’s storage areas
• Managing book swaps and children’s items
• Occasional grocery shopping
• Preparing simple, healthy family meals
• Helping maintain an overall smooth daily routine

Candidate Profile

• Experience with multiple children in a private household
• Warm, calm and organised personality
• Able to multitask and prioritise independently
• Proactive and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable supporting homework and structured routines
• Confident managing three children during busy after-school hours
• Physically active and energetic
• Driving licence preferred
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Working Schedule

• 90–100% position
• Core focus in the afternoons and early evenings
• Availability on Wednesdays from 2:00–6:00 pm required
• Full schedule to be defined with the right candidate
