Full-time Housekeeper in Zurich City

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and professional family with three daughters aged 9, 6, and 3½. Both parents have demanding careers, and having the right support at home is essential to ensuring a calm, structured, and well-organized family life.

The family is looking for a reliable, kind, and proactive person who can combine childcare with light housekeeping and daily family support.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up the youngest child from daycare around 5:00 p.m.
• Spend some quality time with her before bringing her home
• Please welcome the two older daughters (who will be returning around 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.)
• Check homework
• Support evening routines (including bath time)
• Take the girls to their ballet classes on Wednesdays (2:00–6:00 p.m.)
• Provide attentive, warm, and structured care

Household & Family Support

• Laundry (washing, folding, organizing, and putting clothes away)
• Tidying up and keeping the house organized
• Organizing storage areas for children
• Managing book swaps and children's items
• Occasional grocery shopping
• Preparing simple, healthy family meals
• Helping to ensure a smooth daily routine

Candidate Profile

• Experience caring for multiple children in a private household
• Warm, calm, and organized personality
• Able to multitask and set priorities independently
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Supporting homework and structured routines
• Confidently managing three children during the busy after-school hours
• Physically active and energetic
• Driver's license preferred
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Work Schedule

• 90–100% position
• Focus on the afternoons and early evenings
• Must be available on Wednesdays from 2:00–6:00 p.m.
• The full schedule will be determined in consultation with the right candidate
