Part-time nanny (50%)

On behalf of an international family based in Lausanne, we are seeking a dedicated and growth-oriented part-time nanny with extensive experience in early childhood education. The primary focus of the role will be the newborn baby. However, the nanny should also feel confident and comfortable caring for the two older children (ages 5 and 3) when needed.

• Supporting early developmental milestones
• Close and professional collaboration with parents

Support from Older Siblings (ages 5 and 3)

• Engaging play and creative activities
• Simple educational activities
• Help with bath time and the evening routine when needed
• Encouraging independence and positive behavior

Candidate Profile

• Education or extensive professional experience in:
• Early childhood education
• School environments
• Daycare settings
• Confident in caring for newborns and infants
• A development-focused and proactive approach
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Being physically able to carry a baby up and down stairs and handle an active toddler

Languages

• French or English (both are acceptable)
• Additional languages (Russian, Arabic, or others) are a plus

Schedule

• Probable afternoon schedule within the following time frame:
• 12:00–1:00 PM – 5:00–6:00 PM
• About 4–5 hours a day
• Not necessarily required every day
• The weekly structure will remain flexible and be finalized once the right candidate is identified
