Full-time nanny – Morges, Geneva

A warm, international family based in Morges is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized full-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 11, 9, and 6.

The family is looking for a long-term nanny who can confidently manage the children’s daily routines, help with household chores, and occasionally stay overnight when both parents are away on business.

Responsibilities

• School pick-ups and drop-offs
• Managing the children’s activity schedules and daily routines
• Taking children to after-school activities
• Helping with homework and school-related tasks
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Family meal preparation
• Laundry and daily household chores
• Keeping children's areas tidy and organized
• Supervising bath and bedtime routines
• Providing attentive and nurturing care
• Overnight care when parents travel (approximately 2–3 times per quarter)

Requirements

• Previous professional nanny experience
• Highly organized, responsible, and reliable
• Confident in managing multiple children on their own
• A comfortable place to stay overnight with the children when needed
• Fluent French is essential
• English required
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or German would be a strong advantage
• Non-smoker
• Excellent references

Additional Information

The children attend the local French-speaking school. The family speaks English and Dutch at home. Most activities are within walking distance, though they occasionally use public transportation within Morges. A housekeeper comes to the home 1–2 times a week for regular cleaning; however, daily cooking, laundry, and household organization are also part of the role.

The family home is located within a 5-minute walk of the Morges train station.
