Full-time We are looking for a reliable, warm, and flexible nanny/family assistant for a family in Zug, starting in 2027, for a full-time (live-out) position.
The focus is on providing loving and responsible care for the family’s son. At the same time, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can also assist the family with various household tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Loving and age-appropriate care for the child
- Picking up the child from daycare on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Afternoon and early evening care, sometimes until about 8:00 p. m.
- Preparing dinner for the family
- Flexible child care on select Mondays, Thursdays, and weekends
- Occasional Evening Childcare / Babysitting
- Assistance with laundry and general household chores
- Shopping and running errands
- Light cleaning and tidying up—a dedicated cleaning staff member is available
- Flexible support for families based on their current needs
Work Model
The position is offered as a full-time role. The actual number of hours required is expected to be around 25–35 hours per week.
In exchange for this attractive work arrangement, the family expects a high degree of flexibility in terms of both schedule and job responsibilities. Specific work hours are typically agreed upon jointly one to two weeks in advance.
Evening shifts and occasional weekend shifts should generally be possible. It is also important to be willing to help out flexibly with household chores as they arise, in addition to caring for the children.
Your Profile
- Experience as a nanny, family assistant, or in a similar position
- Warm, responsible, and reliable
- Enjoyment of Working with Children
- Independent and proactive work style
- Flexible regarding work hours and tasks
- Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend shifts
- Willingness to help with household chores
- Proficiency in German or English
- Interest in a long-term partnership
