House Manager/All-Rounder (Full-Time) (LU)

We are seeking a reliable, independent, and skilled house manager/all-rounder to provide long-term support for an upscale private household.

Responsibilities

• Transportation services for family members to appointments and events
• Responsibility for the vehicle fleet (3 vehicles)
• Scheduling and coordinating service, repair, and tire change appointments
• Vehicle maintenance and cleaning, inside and out
• Ensuring that the house, garage, and outdoor areas are tidy and clean
• Coordination and communication with the gardener
• Supervision and coordination of tradespeople and external service providers
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
• Assistance with technical issues around the house
• Understanding and maintaining building services, as well as independently performing minor technical tasks

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience in a similar position is preferred
• An independent, organized, and reliable work style
• Discretion and Trustworthiness
• Well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility for occasional weekend shifts
• A Class B driver's license is required
