Private Caregiver 100% – Norway

We are looking for a caregiver for elderly couple living in Tjome (Norway) fulltime 100%

Key Responsibilities Household Support

• Prepare simple, healthy meals when needed (not on a daily basis)
• Clear and tidy up after breakfast every day; occasionally after dinner
• When one partner is traveling, prepare breakfast and dinner daily for the partner who stays home
• Perform regular cleaning and general tidying of the home
• Change bed linens and manage laundry
• Handle small household repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs)
• Shop for groceries and household essentials

Seasonal & Safety Assistance

• Assist with snow shoveling or salting paths during winter
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Norwegian language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or similar roles preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Practical, organized, reliable, and caring personality
• Confident using computers, smartphones, and online services
• Ability to manage simple administrative tasks
• Discreet, respectful, and trustworthy
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs over time
