Full-Time Live-In Nanny – Miami, Florida

A warm international family based in Miami, Florida is looking for an experienced, caring and highly flexible Full-Time Live-In Nanny to provide dedicated care for their children and become a trusted long-term part of their household.

This position is ideal for an energetic and responsible nanny who enjoys working with children, is comfortable in an international and multicultural family environment, and is happy to travel with the family.

Schedule

• Full-time Live-In position
• Approximately 50–60 hours per week
• Flexibility with working hours is essential
• Up to 6 overnight care duties per month when the parents travel for business
• Domestic and international travel required
• The family typically travels for approximately 4–8 weeks per year

Responsibilities

• Providing loving, attentive and age-appropriate care for the children
• Engaging the children in educational activities, creative play and age-appropriate development
• School and activity drop-offs and pick-ups
• Caring for the daughter outside of school hours (school approximately 8:30 AM–2:30 PM)
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Children’s laundry and general clothing care
• Keeping children’s rooms and belongings tidy and organised
• Loading/unloading the dishwasher and helping maintain an organised home
• Light household duties related to daily family life
• Occasional meal preparation for the family
• Overnight care when the parents are travelling
• Accompanying the family on domestic and international trips

Candidate Profile

• Previous professional nanny experience, ideally within a private family
• Warm, caring and genuinely passionate about working with children
• Responsible, trustworthy and highly reliable
• Flexible and comfortable with a busy family schedule
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Fluent English is essential
• Spanish would be a strong advantage
• Comfortable working within an international Asian/Swiss family environment
• Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally
• Comfortable around dogs – the family has a small dog
• Valid driving licence and confident driver preferred
