Full-time A private family of four based in Küsnacht, Zurich, is looking for an experienced, trustworthy and hands-on Domestic Couple to support them with the smooth running and maintenance of their private household.
The family is looking for a professional couple who work well as a team, take pride in maintaining a beautiful home and are interested in a long-term position.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities will be shared between the couple according to experience and strengths and may include:
- Full housekeeping and maintaining the home to a high standard
- Regular and deep cleaning
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Keeping the household tidy and well organised
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Family meal preparation / cooking, depending on experience
- Household organisation and management of supplies
- Care of outdoor areas and general property upkeep
- Minor maintenance and handyman duties
- Driving and assisting the family with transportation when required
- Receiving deliveries and coordinating external service providers
- General support for the family and household as required
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working as a Domestic Couple in a private household is highly preferred
- Excellent housekeeping and household management skills
- One candidate with good cooking skills would be an advantage
- Practical maintenance / handyman skills within the couple are desirable
- Discreet, trustworthy and professional
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Flexible and service-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Candidates familiar with an international or Asian-European household environment are welcome
- Driving licence would be an advantage
- Excellent references
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
