Nanny 100% Lugano

We are looking for a full-time nanny for a lovely family with five children!

This is afull-time, live-out position, ideal for someone who is organized, confident, warm, and capable of managing a busy household with several children.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily care and supervision of the children in collaboration with the parents and household staff
• Educational support, including homework help, reading, and structured study time
• Promoting and practicingEnglish, French, and Italianin daily life
• Creating age-appropriate activities that support intellectual and social development
• Coordinating schedules, school commitments, after-school activities, and appointments
• Teaching manners, etiquette, responsibility, and independence
• Providing emotional support, stability, and positive guidance
• Traveling with the family from time to time (optional, depending on the final arrangements)
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment at all times

Requirements

• Fluency inEnglish, French, or Italian
• Extensive experience in education, childcare, tutoring, or working as a governess
• Previous experience working with children of various ages
• Well-organized, confident, and able to manage a busy household
• High level of discretion, maturity, and professional conduct
• Ability to support routines, structure, discipline, and positive behavior
• Flexible, reliable, and available full-time
• Live-out arrangement (no accommodation provided)
