We are seeking an experienced live-in nanny with proven experience caring for infants for a very appreciative, well-to-do family in Brig, as part of an exclusive placement.
The family is expecting their first child in the summer of 2026 and would like to provide professional, structured, and loving care from the moment the baby is born. The house is located in a quiet, green area. The nanny will have her own room or a separate studio.
Your main responsibilities
- Professional care for newborns starting in June 2026
- Postpartum Support
- Establishing a stable daily routine
- Sleep support (initially also at night, by arrangement)
- Documentation of key development milestones
- Age-appropriate early intervention
Organization & Environment
- All baby-related activities
- Caring for Baby Clothes
- Keeping the children's area tidy
- Accompaniment to doctor's appointments
- Travel assistance as needed
- Close, trusting cooperation with parents
Desired Profile
- Several years of verifiable experience working with newborns (required)
- Training in education or nursing (FaBe, pediatric nurse, Norland Diploma, or similar—preferred)
- Excellent references in the field of infant care
- A structured, calm, and professional approach to work
- Discretion and long-term interests

- EU/Swiss passport or valid work permit
- Excellent knowledge of German or English
General conditions
- 5 days a week (flexibility during the initial period is preferred)
- Live-in with a private room or studio
- Permanent employment covered by social insurance under Swiss law
