Full-time Housekeeper in Geneva

On behalf of a private family based in Geneva, we are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organized housekeeper to manage the household on a full-time basis. This is a long-term position within a well-maintained private residence. The family values professionalism, reliability, efficiency, and a structured approach to daily household operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning and maintenance of the residence to a high standard
• Care of delicate surfaces, fine materials, and high-end furnishings
• Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate garments
• Wardrobe organization
• Keeping the house tidy and well-maintained

Kitchen & Food Service

• Basic meal preparation as needed
• Kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Grocery shopping and household supply management
• Inventory control and restocking

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in private households (3–5 years preferred)
• Experience in high-end or luxury residences is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Discreet, trustworthy, and loyal
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
• French and/or English speaking
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or an EU passport
