Housekeeper fulltime Geneva

On behalf of a private family based in Geneva, we are seeking an experienced, discreet and highly organised Housekeeper to manage the household on a full-time basis. This is a long-term position within a well-maintained private residence. The family values professionalism, reliability, efficiency and a structured approach to daily household operations.

Both live-in and live-out options can be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Full cleaning and maintenance of the residence to a high standard
• Care of delicate surfaces, fine materials and high-end furnishings
• Laundry and ironing, including delicate garment care
• Wardrobe organisation
• Maintaining order and overall household presentation

Kitchen & Provisioning

• Basic meal preparation when required
• Kitchen organisation and cleanliness
• Grocery shopping and household supply management
• Inventory control and restocking

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in private households (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Experience in high-standard or luxury residences is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise independently
• Discreet, trustworthy and loyal
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
• French and/or English speaking
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or EU passport
