We are seeking a stable, discreet, mature & self-driven professional with strong housekeeping experience and the ability to coordinate external household services and home operations independently. The position focuses on housekeeping, overall home coordination and external service management.
Key Responsibilities Maintain exceptional housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the chalet. Coordinate service providers (cleaning, maintenance, gardening, pool, etc.). Manage schedules, supplies, inventories and household systems. Oversee deliveries, external contacts and service quality. Help with the families dog on a daily basis. Anticipate needs, solve issues independently, and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written). Proven housekeeping experience in luxury homes/hospitality. Strong organisational and time management skills. Self-motivated, responsible, discreet and trustworthy. Valid driver’s license (comfortable driving in mountainous and snowy conditions). Willingness to reside in/near Verbier, long term commitment.
Preferred not a requirement: Additional languages (French/German). Strong long-term references Private household or estate management background
