For a animal-loving Swiss family, we are looking for an experienced French-speaking nanny for their 16-month-old child. The family also has five dogs, two cats, and three reptiles.
Responsiblities:
- Take care for the child
- Perform all tasks in the child’s room, including tidying the room, maintaining toys, changing sheets, and managing laundry
- Do activities with the child
- Teach the child French through daily interaction and play
- Prepare meals for the child
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and ensure a safe environment
- Overnight stays are required, but are generally not a major concern due to the little boy’s good sleeping habits
- Travel support
Your Profile
- You have experience as a nanny
- You have a first aid for kids
- You have a driving license
- Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and good communication skills.
- Flexible, organized, independent, and well-organized
- Confident swimmer.
- Animal lover.
- Native French speaker with English communication skills for travel.
Working hours:
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturdays may be available (time off compensation or additional pay).
- Accommodation: Studio with small kitchenette and small balcony overlooking Lake Lucerne.
- A second child will be born at the end of July; a second nanny will be hired for the baby.
- Other domestic staff are also on-site.The family resides in a beautiful lakefront property offering a separate studio and a staff car. Swiss or EU passports are required.
